Infrastructure Operations Onboarding Engineer(MSP) _Remote Contract-to-Hire Must Have Requirements: • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience and credentials. • 3+ years of experience working within client-facing or consulting capacities within the MSP Managed Services Provider, IT service providers, or consulting of IT services. • 8+ years of experience managing and troubleshooting enterprise-level Windows and/or Linux environments. • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure support services dealing with DNS, DHCP Active Directory, and certificate-based authentication • At least 3+ years of experience working with system performance and monitoring platforms such as LogicMonitor, Elastic, SolarWinds, ElastiFlow, ServiceNow (ITOM, MID Server), or BeyondTrust. • Outstanding communication skills both spoken and written with a proven ability to work well across various organizational levels. • Demonstrated ability to operate with a customer-first mindset, ensuring high satisfaction through effective service delivery. • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders via email, calls, or face-to-face interactions, along with strong experience in creating technical documentation. • Able to juggle multiple initiatives, collaborate within a team, and respond quickly to shifting priorities. • Brings a proactive mindset and a sense of urgency to resolving technical challenges and improving systems. • Self-driven, with the ability to navigate tasks independently and efficiently prioritize under pressure.
