Summary: Our award-winning client is seeking a Registered Account Executive to join their team. The Registered Account Executive (RAE) is responsible for providing exceptional service to the company's customers while learning the internal systems and processes of the company. The role will be focused on support and business development with the primary goals of converting new prospects and locating additional opportunities within the company's existing customer base. Compensation will include a base salary with sales incentive compensation.Responsibilities:Proactively contact all leads and opportunities delegated by the company.Employ strong business development skills in order to convert new prospects while also locating and closing additional opportunities with an existing customer base.Cultivate new assets and new accounts by effectively positioning the value of the company to existing customers and prospects.Provide exceptional service to prospects and customers by telephone, chat, and email.Respond to prospect and customer inquiries in a timely manner and perform follow-ups when applicable.Place a high priority on customer satisfaction and focus on building and sustaining long-lasting relationships.Required Qualifications:Must have an active FINRA Series 7 and 63.1 - 4 years of experience in a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor (or similar) capacity.Series 24 is preferred but not required.Bachelor's degree required.Extensive computer skills, including Salesforce, MS Outlook, Word, & Excel.Ability to act as a self-starter, responsible for personal tasks and assignments, while supporting fellow team members in a collaborative environment.Desired Skills and ExperienceUnderstanding of the financial services industry and investment products.Strong sales and customer service skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
