The Lead LCSW provides leadership within the assigned department. Ensures that clinical standards and regulatory requirements are met, promotes service excellence and effective and efficient use of personnel and material resources, and positively represents the service internally within the organization and externally in the community. Ensures that services are maintained in accordance with the mission, goals and objectives, policies and procedures of the Providence health system and the department. Lead Social Worker LCSW, 1 FTE Day - Providence Willamette Falls Medical Ctr-Oregon With total of $5,000 Sign on Bonus for Eligible External Candidates Required qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work; from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work. Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License. Upon hire: Social Worker License in state of hire, and wherever care is delivered. 5 years Relevant Social Work experience. May include post MSW CSWA experience. Preferred qualifications: Experience as a Lead or in a supervisory role. 2 years Hospice Departments: Clinical work experience in Hospice or Palliative Care.
