Responsible for managing the composition and content of member materials at the individual member material level across all lines of business for product and marketing, and the knowledge base platform for customer service. Responsible for coordinating and discerning stakeholder input across various subject matter experts throughout the health plan, including but not limited to regulatory and compliance, marketing, sales, communications and service operations. Content and materials vary by line of business and can include but are not limited to SBCs, benefit summary's and ANOCs. For customer service this will include benefit updates, documentation of tribal knowledge, desktop procedures, FAQs, workflow guidance, regulatory protocols and requirements, and annual review of all content. Performs all duties with a minimum of direct supervision.
