Job Description: • Support voice and communication tools for caregivers • Turn requirements into reliable solutions • Help test features and validate changes • Ensure systems operate smoothly • Track and coordinate with telcos • Manage installs, disconnects, and upgrades • Organize work items and update documentation • Support demos and resolve issues quickly Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- equivalent education and experience • 3 or more years of related experience • Experience in a Healthcare environment (preferred) • 3 or more years managing carrier voice circuit inventory (preferred) • End-to-End Program/Project Management Experience (preferred) • Solution / Service Design Requirement & Specification Writing Experience (preferred) • Stakeholder & Caregiver Engagement + Communication Experience (preferred) • Analytical Problem Solving & Decision-Making Experience (preferred) • Quality Ownership & Continuous Improvement Experience (preferred) Benefits: • Health care benefits (medical, dental, vision) • 401(k) Savings Plan with employer matching • Life insurance • Disability insurance • Paid time off (including vacations and holidays) • Voluntary benefits • Well-being resources
