In this role, you’ll turn requirements into reliable solutions by helping test features, validate changes, and ensure systems operate smoothly. You must have experience working with telco circuits and carriers, including tracking and coordinating with telcos, and managing installs, disconnects, and upgrades that support our voice environment. You’ll also handle practical engineering tasks such as organizing work items, updating documentation, supporting demos, and resolving issues quickly. If you’re skilled at problem-solving, comfortable working with technology, and experienced with telco services, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on caregiver operations. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
