Purpose of this Role: We are seeking an Integration Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of system integration initiatives while also owning the creation of business requirements. This role sits at the intersection of business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors, ensuring integrations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business needs. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing timelines and risks and rolling up their sleeves to document business processes, writing clear requirements, and support technical implementation. Project Management * Lead end-to-end integration projects from initiation through delivery and post-launch support * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers * Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders * Manage scope, risks, issues, and change requests * Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive communications * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations Business Analysis & Requirements * Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, objectives, and integration needs * Document business and functional requirements, including workflows, use cases, and data mappings * Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams * Support solution design reviews to ensure requirements are fully addressed * Define acceptance criteria and support UAT planning and execution * Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle Integration & Delivery Support * Serve as the primary point of contact for integration initiatives * Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration-related issues and blockers * Support go-live planning, cutover activities, and post-implementation stabilization * Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, documentation, and delivery standards Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a hybrid role * Experience working with technical teams and translating between business and technical stakeholders * Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies * Familiarity with integration platforms, middleware, or data exchange concepts * Experience working with third-party vendors or implementation partners * PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or similar certification a plus
