We are looking for an accomplished Vice President of Strategic Global Partnerships to establish, lead, and scale a global partnership ecosystem. This executive-level role will be responsible for developing strategic alliances with payment networks, financial technology providers, consulting firms, and other ecosystem partners to drive growth and market expansion. This leader will act as the face of the organization in building high-impact relationships and creating win–win collaborations that accelerate market penetration. What You’ll Do • Define and execute the global strategic partnership vision and roadmap. • Build and scale a partner ecosystem that includes payment networks, processors, core banking providers, fintechs, and global consulting firms. • Identify, negotiate, and close new strategic partnerships that expand reach, influence, and revenue opportunities. • Serve as a senior consultant with C-level executives at leading financial institutions and technology providers. • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to maximize partner impact. • Establish KPIs and governance models to track and measure partnership success. • Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and partner events to elevate brand and thought leadership. What You Bring • 15+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or consulting within financial services, payments, or fintech. • Executive-level experience with proven success in building and scaling strategic ecosystems in the Americas and globally. • Strong network and established relationships within the payments and fintech ecosystem are highly desirable. • Track record of opening doors, negotiating complex partnerships, and delivering measurable results. • Excellent executive presence, communication, and influencing skills. • Strong strategic thinking combined with a roll-up-your-sleeves execution mindset. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
