Job Title: B2B Business development & Sales Specialist - Immediate Opening Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $45,000–$80,000 per year + performance bonuses Experience Level: Mid-level (3+ years in B2B lead generation or sales) Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy B2B Lead Generation & Sales Specialist to join our amazing team. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in both organic outreach (LinkedIn, email) and paid advertising (Facebook/Meta, Google Ads) who thrives on turning strategy into consistent sales opportunities. You’ll work directly with our marketing and leadership teams to generate high-quality leads, optimize campaign performance, and drive revenue across multiple channels. Responsibilities: • Plan, build, and manage B2B lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn and email. • Write and execute cold outreach sequences to generate qualified conversations. • Launch and optimize paid lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Google. • Conduct audience research and list building for targeted outreach. • Track campaign performance and report on key KPIs (CPL, CTR, booked calls). • Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to align messaging with offers. • Stay up to date with the latest tools, trends, and outreach best practices. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or digital sales. • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools (e.g., Instantly, Apollo), and CRMs. • Experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. • Strong writing skills for email and ad copy. • Knowledge of funnel strategy, retargeting, and performance marketing. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines. • Bonus: Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar sales automation tools.
