You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-performance solutions that drive the future of wholesale distribution. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that power our platform. - You will collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and data scientists to deliver integrated solutions. - You will optimize system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of backend services. - You will participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. - You will contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technical roadmap. - You will write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - You will stay current with emerging backend technologies and industry trends. What You Bring: - 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go. - Strong experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Solid understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with AI/ML integration in backend systems. - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of event-driven architectures and message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. - Prior experience in the wholesale distribution or supply chain industry.
