This role is ideal for someone passionate about backend architecture, cloud infrastructure, and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that support our AI-powered platform. - You will collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and data scientists to deliver end-to-end solutions. - You will optimize system performance and reliability through code reviews, testing, and monitoring. - You will contribute to architectural decisions and help define best practices for backend development. - You will mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability. - You will participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development. - You are proficient in at least one backend programming language such as Python, Java, or Go. - You have strong experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture. - You are skilled in working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - You have a solid understanding of database technologies including SQL and NoSQL. - You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with AI/ML integration in backend systems. - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ. - Prior experience in the wholesale distribution or supply chain technology sector.
