ERP Business Analyst w/Oracle Fusion Remote EST/CST USC/GC NO THIRD PARTIES Protege Hunters has an immediate contract for an ERP Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have proven track record with expertise in specific Oracle Fusion modules (like ERP, SCM, Financials), strong analytical and communication abilities, proficiency in business process mapping, and experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management as well as a combination of strong business analysis expertise and technical proficiency with Informatica's ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, SQL, and database management as the bridge between business users and the technical team, analyzing business processes. Responsibilities: • Requirements Gathering: • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, identify pain points, and document detailed functional requirements for Oracle Fusion ERP system implementation and customization. • Process Analysis: • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization, mapping workflows and identifying potential bottlenecks within the Oracle Fusion ERP system. • System Design: • Translate business requirements into system designs, configuring Oracle Fusion ERP modules and functionalities to meet specific business needs. • Implementation Support: • Participate in the implementation process, including testing, data migration, user training, and go-live support. • User Training: • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and sessions to educate end-users on the Oracle Fusion ERP system features and functionalities. • Data Analysis and Reporting: • Analyze the Oracle Fusion ERP data to generate reports and dashboards that provide insights into key business metrics and identify trends for decision-making. • System Maintenance and Support: • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to users. • Collaboration: • Work closely with IT teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and ongoing maintenance. Technical Skills Required: • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes across various departments like finance, sales, operations, and supply chain. • Oracle Fusion/SCM/Financials: • In-depth knowledge of relevant Fusion modules such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Financials is crucial. • Process Knowledge: • Understanding core enterprise business processes like Procure-to-Order (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) is essential. • Technical Tools: • Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting, and process mapping tools like Microsoft Visio is often required. • System Integration: • Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and potentially extensions (e.g., Groovy scripting) can be beneficial • Informatica PowerCenter, ETL, Data Warehousing • SQL (Structured Query Language), PL/SQL • Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting • Database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) • Strong communication and facilitation skills are needed to work with subject matter experts, cross-functional teams, and senior management.
