We leverage advanced cryptographic methods such as tokenization, format-preserving encryption, and quantum-resilient techniques to protect sensitive data. As a global leader in data security, our mission is to ensure that data isn’t just valuable but also usable, trusted, and safe. Protegrity offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation and collaboration, with the ability to make a meaningful impact on the industry while working alongside some of the brightest minds. Together, we are redefining how the world safeguards data, enabling organizations to thrive in a GenAI era where data is the ultimate currency. If you're ready to shape the future of data security, Protegrity is the place for you. Senior Director, Customer Success and Technical Evangelist Protegrity is investing in a seasoned Customer Success leader who can drive outcomes, renewals, and executive alignment, while also serving as a trusted technical authority for enterprise customers. As data security challenges grow more complex, our customers need more than support; they need strategic and technical partnerships. This role exists to ensure customers realize value faster, trust our roadmap, and grow with Protegrity for the long term. This role leads a team of 5–8 Customer Success professionals and serves as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to enterprise customers, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to turn customers into long‑term advocates. Responsibilities: • Own and execute the Customer Success strategy for the Americas, driving adoption, retention, expansion, and long‑term value realization. • Lead, coach, and scale a high‑performing Customer Success team, setting clear expectations, metrics, and development paths. • Serve as a senior technical authority and trusted advisor to customers, engaging credibly on architecture, data security strategy, and best practices. • Partner with Sales and Account Management to support renewals and post‑sale expansion, ensuring customer insights directly informs account strategy. • Engage executive stakeholders (CIO, CISO, CTO, data leaders) in value realization, roadmap alignment, and long‑term partnership discussions. • Represent Protegrity externally as a customer success and technical thought leader through executive briefings, events, and customer advocacy. Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or enterprise post‑sales leadership within B2B software. • 5+ years of experience leading and developing customer‑facing teams. • 2+ years of experience engaging with AI or GenAI technologies in customer‑facing roles, including translating technical concepts, risks, and value into trusted guidance for enterprise stakeholders. • Strong technical depth with the ability to discuss data security, data protection, cloud platforms, and enterprise architectures. • Proven track record driving retention, renewals, and expansion in complex enterprise environments. • Executive presence with experience engaging C‑level and senior technical stakeholders. • Data‑driven leader with experience managing teams against measurable KPIs (NRR, churn, adoption, customer health). Nice To have: • Experience in data security, data privacy, compliance, or enterprise data platforms. • Prior experience acting as a trusted technical advisor or Field‑CTO‑style leader in post‑sales environments. • Experience supporting customers in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, insurance, healthcare). Should you accept this position, you will be required to consent to and successfully complete a background investigation. This may include, subject to local laws, verification of extended education and additional criminal and civil checks. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits with generous vacation and holiday time off. All employees are also provided access to ongoing learning & development. Ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace is our priority. We are committed to an environment of acceptance where you are free to bring your full self to work.
