Protegrity puts our customers in the best possible position to choose how they want to protect their data and make it private. Thanks to the centralized management and transparency of our platform- a “single pane of glass”- teams can see where the data resides and what its purpose is. Unlike other data protection options, the Protegrity data Protection Platform clarifies the state of data so organizations can choose how to protect it and keep it private using the full range of methods from basic monitoring and dynamic data masking to highly secure vaultless tokenization. Since our founding over 10 years ago, we are fully vested in helping clients protect their information. Whether encrypting, tokenizing, or applying privacy methods, our platform secures the data behind the many operational systems that drive the day-to-day functions of business, as well as the analytical systems behind decision-making, personalized customer experiences, and AI modeling. All of this propels businesses forward by fueling innovation and giving clients a competitive advantage over less savvy competitors. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be part of a global team with a product that the business marketplace MUST have in place in order to do business. This job is for you if: You thrive at the intersection of architecture and implementation comfortable drafting an integration blueprint one moment and jumping into a working session with a client the next. As a Principle Solutions Integration Architect, you’ll assess customer environments, map how Protegrity’s platform fits their data protection goals, and collaborate with Solution Engineering and Customer Success to translate needs into executable designs. You’ll provide over the shoulder guidance to client implementation teams walking through ESA configurations, supporting DSG deployments, and troubleshooting Cloud API integrations. During critical delivery milestones, you’ll be the trusted technical partner who leads Q&A‑style office hours, steers installations, and ensures best practices are consistently applied across environments. Responsibilities may include but not be limited to: Design and document integration patterns aligned to enterprise architectures and customer data protection objectives. Guide implementations through installation, configuration, validation, and second‑environment/multi‑phase rollouts. Lead technical working sessions and Q&A‑style office hours; provide real‑time troubleshooting, performance tuning, and architecture‑level guidance. Partner with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and R&D to deliver scalable, reliable solutions that meet expectations. Create reusable templates, reference architectures, and delivery playbooks to drive consistency and efficiency. Translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans and diagrams (e.g., Visio, Draw.io, PowerPoint.) Maintain current knowledge of cloud‑native architectures, integration approaches, and DevOps practices to inform solution design. In addition to the qualifications a successful candidate will demonstrate: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent hands‑on delivery experience. 8–12+ years in enterprise architecture, solution design, integration engineering, or technical implementation within complex environments. Ability to operate autonomously across multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization. Practical expertise with integration frameworks and tools, including RESTful/SOAP APIs and data movement/transformation platforms (ETL, RDBMS, data lakes, data warehouses.) Strong proficiency in Linux (shell scripting, administration, production troubleshooting.) Demonstrated depth in one or more major cloud platforms, spanning infrastructure, database management, and API integration, with broad architectural awareness. Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and at least one NoSQL system (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB.) Skill in designing, optimizing, and managing data architectures across traditional and distributed environments. Proficiency with modern data platforms, including data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and scalable data lakes/lakehouses supporting analytics, real‑time processing, and ML workflows. Deep understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) across cloud and hybrid infrastructures. Advanced SQL and fluency in at least two programming languages—ideally Python, Java, and/or C#. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for technical and non‑technical audiences. Hands‑on experience guiding customer teams through installation, configuration, and validation of Protegrity components or comparable enterprise solutions.
