7+ years in platform analytics or operations strategy, expertise in Lean Six Sigma, API enablement, strong communication skills, and proficiency with data visualization tools.
Description: • Monitor, interpret, and optimize how the business is scored and rated across Field Technology platforms • Define proactive strategy to ensure top positioning within Field Technology platforms and align roadmaps • Translate scoring insights into operational and workflow improvements to enhance platform rankings and increase application volume • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce cycle times, and improve throughput across sales and operations • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to identify bottlenecks and drive measurable operational improvements • Partner with IT and vendors to design, test, and implement API-enabled connectivity solutions • Govern all customer-facing communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and support conversion through the sales funnel • Partner with marketing, compliance, and operations to refine messaging that reduces friction and accelerates decisions • Track funnel conversion rates, application volume, policy placement speed, platform throughput, and cost per application • Develop reporting dashboards connecting communication effectiveness, platform scoring, and operational performance to business results • Provide executive insights and recommendations linking platform strategy to revenue and competitive positioning Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, IT, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) • 7+ years of experience in platform analytics, operations strategy, or vendor/platform management • Demonstrated ability to interpret business challenges and evaluate platform scoring models • Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar process improvement frameworks • Strong understanding of digital connectivity solutions, such as API integrations and platform interoperability • Experience driving division-wide improvement initiatives and operational change • Exceptional communication and governance skills • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL) • Experience with API enablement, digital workflows, and platform integration • Preferred: experience in life insurance, financial services, or customer onboarding technologies • Preferred: Knowledge of Field Technology platforms and their role in distributor/customer experience Benefits: • Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance • Mental health benefits and an employee assistance program • Paid time off • Paid parental leave • Short-term disability • Cultural observance day • Contributions to healthcare accounts • Pension plan • 401(k) plan with Company matching • ProHealth Rewards wellbeing platform with cash rewards • Accommodations for applicants with a disability (email request)
