Description: Change and Communications Manager Remote 12 Months We are seeking a dynamic experienced and seasoned Change and Comms Manager to lead and execute a comprehensive change management program for our Cx transformation program in GCO. This role involves collaborating with GCO leadership and functions to drive a significant change agenda and foster a culture of growth mindset and constructive challenge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning and executing organizational change with simple and practical application, excellent expert communication skills, and the ability to influence and inspire teams through transformational change. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Working with Business Leaders, the People and Culture Lead and HRBP as part of a matrix team to: Support business leader to set vision and direction and create coalition of support for change with detailed change management plans and roadmaps Coach and advise business lead and senior team on change leadership and management Develop and execute strategy and practical change management plans, comms and engagement and stakeholder management Design and deliver change interventions that are simple to use in the work Create Change Comms and an overarching Comms Change Plan for this transformation work to be delivered across various stakeholder segments Stand up change governance and manage change reporting Track and manage change risks Develop and manage approach for measuring and monitoring change Set up and manage the change network Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 8+ years of change management experience, both in leadership and execution roles Pharma or Biotech industry experience preferred, but not essential Strong results orientation with a demonstrated ability to oversee practical, solution-driven initiatives that are perceived as adding value to the business Good understanding of relevant concepts, methodologies and theories related to change, culture and organizational development / behavior change /communications Ability to iterate on practical change interventions and/or solutions, as needed Experience of leveraging people and organizational data to inform effective change interventions Excellent communication skills, demonstrating high EQ and ability to communicate persuasively Strong stakeholder management skills, demonstrating abilities to lead and influence others in a complex environment Strong, proven organizational consulting skills, demonstrates high levels of self-awareness Ability to work as part of a matrix team in an individual contributor capacity, driven to be part of a successful overall team effort versus focus on individual success.
