Position Summary: The ADAS Quality Control Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of all Advanced Driver Assist Systems calibrations performed across the organization. This role conducts detailed audits of completed calibration files, verifies that OEM procedures and safety requirements are followed, and provides corrective feedback to technicians and leadership. The auditor plays a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, performance, and customer trust. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough audits of completed ADAS calibration files(Repair Orders) to ensure compliance with OEM procedures, documentation standards, and internal quality guidelines. Validate that all required pre- and post-scan data, environmental conditions, tool versions, and calibration prerequisites meet manufacturer specifications. Review and confirm proper use of calibration equipment, including scan tools, alignment systems, targets, and measurement devices. Identify discrepancies, incomplete documentation, or deviations from OEM protocols and assign corrective actions. Collaborate with calibration technicians, center leadership, and the Quality team to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate audit records, reporting trends and performance metrics to leadership. Assist in developing process improvements, updated procedures, and training content based on audit findings. Monitor and report on tool health, software versions, and any issues affecting calibration accuracy. Stay current on ADAS technology, OEM repair information, and industry best practices Qualifications Required: 24 years of experience in automotive diagnostics, ADAS calibration, collision repair Strong understanding of ADAS systems operation, calibration requirements, and OEM repair information. Ability to review technical documentation and identify discrepancies. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with OEM scan tools, aftermarket diagnostic equipment, and calibration tooling. Excellent communication skillswritten and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously. Preferred: Prior quality control, audit, or technician coaching experience. OEM ADAS certifications or I-CAR training (e.g., I-CAR ADAS, Autel, Bosch, Hunter). Knowledge of repair facility operations, pre/post scanning workflows, and audit standards. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while reviewing files. Occasional travel to centers for onsite evaluations or training.
