Requirements BSEE or equivalent 3+ years in IC/System product/test/yield engineering. Experience with Test development on ATE (Automated Test Equipment). Understanding of IC manufacturing, test, assembly, and qualification processes. Strong problem solving and prioritization ability. Ability to drive projects to full execution on time Strong presentation and communication skills· Fast/Self Learner, Work well under a Sense of urgency Advantages: Understanding DFT concepts and test pattern conversion flow JMP statistical software (or equivalent software) Big data analytics Speaking Mandarin/Korean/Japanese is a plus. Customer handling experience. Responsibilities Work with customers during both pre and post silicon phases to enable them with data extraction and analysis from proteanTecs monitoring solution Working and debugging with customers to enable proteanTecs solution on ATE, Bench, System Driving proteanTecs solution value with the customer by Performing data analysis and providing insights on data extracted from post silicon stages. Working with the customers on onboarding of proteanTecs analytics platform, handling new feature introduction Working internally with product and RnD teams to provide feedback and enhancements to the product Personal skills None
