Your Leadership Impact As our Market Sales Leader, you'll report directly to the Regional Mortgage Manager and serve as the driving force behind a team of 3-5 elite Mortgage Consultants. You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on production, creating a dual pathway to success that rewards both your management excellence and personal sales achievements.
