We’re Hiring: Recruiting Specialist Location: Hybrid (with up to 10% travel) Type: Full-time | Level: Professional | Reports To: Manager of Talent Acquisition Base pay is $60k with a yearly bonus potential of up to $6,000 Bring Top Talent to a Fast-Growing Brand Are you passionate about finding the right people and making great hires? ProSource is looking for a Recruiting Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and lead full cycle recruiting efforts for our franchise showrooms across the country. In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers, source top talent through innovative channels, and help shape the future of our growing teams. If you're a skilled communicator, creative recruiter, and detail-oriented problem solver — we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do • Manage full-cycle recruiting: post, source, screen, and present top-tier candidates • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job needs and build effective pipelines • Tap into job boards, social media, and other channels to find active and passive candidates • Maintain job postings and support interview coordination • Track recruiting metrics and contribute to improving our hiring processes • Support special projects and initiatives in talent acquisition What You Bring • 3-5 years of recruiting experience (multi-site/franchise experience is a plus) • High school diploma required; degree in HR, Marketing, or Communications preferred • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.) • Strong skills in resume screening, phone interviews, and candidate evaluation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • A detail-driven, proactive, and service-oriented mindset Why You’ll Love It Here • Make an impact on the growth of a national brand • Work with passionate, collaborative teammates • Flexible work environment • Opportunities to grow in your recruiting career Help us find the talent that powers ProSource.
