Customer Service Representative - $18.75/hr (paid training) Important Note: Only candidates living in Massachusetts will be considered for this role per company policy What’s In It for You: • Competitive pay rate of $18.75 per hour plus paid training • Work from home opportunity after training • Strong career growth potential • A company that prioritizes work-life balance Responsibilities: • Handle inbound faxes and calls regarding new or updated medication information • Make outbound calls to pharmacies or doctors' offices to verify medication information • Update the company database with new or modified information • Share insights with the team on how to enhance services Required Qualifications: • Previous professional customer service experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office and similar computer skills • Reliability and dependability in the workplace • Must be able to attend on-site training in Hingham, MA for the first 4 weeks Preferred Qualifications: • 6+ months of call center experience is highly preferred There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
