Digital Media Post-Sale Operations About this Role • The role supports clients primarily on the West Coast, working with books organized by region, such as hotels and destinations. The schedule will be based on Pacific Time Zone business hours. • The primary goal is to ensure seamless post-sale campaign management and client success, focusing on asset organization, launch readiness, reporting, KPI alignment, problem-solving, and optimization. • Work arrangement is fully remote, however only candidates currently living in the Pacific or Mountain time zones will be considered for this opening • Compensation is set at $40.00 per hour. • The position involves working in a team of approximately 15 internal members, including Account Executives & Managers, and Media Planners, with close collaboration with production. • Top priorities include strong media foundation and ability to manage complex books of business with multiple stakeholders. Job Duties • Manage post-sale campaign activities, including coordinating assets, ensuring approval timelines, and preparing campaigns for launch. • Conduct reporting and analysis to track campaign performance, adjust KPIs if needed, and optimize campaigns for better results. • Act as the main point of contact for clients after the sale, working closely with sales and other teams like planning, ad operations, and marketing to meet client needs and expectations. • Troubleshoot issues such as tags or creative problems to keep campaigns on track and deliver results on time. • Collaborate with internal teams to set timelines, gather assets, and ensure the campaign’s overall success. • Support efforts to renew or upsell campaigns by demonstrating results and identifying new opportunities. Requirements – must haves and nice to haves Must haves: • At least 4 years of experience in digital media in a client-facing role, such as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar position. • Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end, including approvals, launch, reporting, and optimization. • Strong communication skills for leading client calls and delivering tough news or options. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like sales, ad ops, creative, and marketing. • Technical fluency with tools like Google Ad Manager, Google Suite, and Excel, as well as familiarity with Tableau. • Candidates must be currently living in the Pacific or Mountain time zones Nice to haves: • Experience at major publishers or travel platforms • Exposure to programmatic, native, or custom content formats beyond standard digital ads. • Knowledge of workflow tools such as Airtable. • Track record of successfully upselling or renewing campaigns. • Experience managing global or multi-market accounts with senior stakeholders. • Ability to turn performance data into actionable insights that lead to revenue growth.
