Full Description

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Zscaler Architect/Engineer with 10+ years of relevant IT and security experience. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Zscaler technologies, policy implementation, and integration with enterprise security platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC). • Deploy and configure ZPA App Connectors and Branch Connectors. • Manage PAC file configurations for optimized traffic routing. • Work closely with the Zscaler engineering team to review, analyze, and implement security policies to improve security posture. • Develop and implement SIPA security policies based on recommendations. • Build processes to integrate Zscaler with other enterprise security platforms. • Collaborate with L2 Zscaler Operations teams to resolve operational issues and define best practices. • Engage with clients to understand requirements, develop security policies, conduct POCs, and provide recommendations. • Create and maintain process documentation and define operational standards. Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of professional IT/security experience. • Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler architecture (ZIA, ZPA, ZCC). • Expertise in ZPA App Connectors deployment and configuration. • Experience with Branch Connectors and PAC file management. • Proven background in SIPA policy development and implementation. • Strong knowledge of enterprise security policy design and integration. • Excellent communication and client-facing skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
