About The Role Prophecy.io is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager who will serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator. This role is critical to driving alignment and efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success teams by optimizing revenue processes and managing our Salesforce ecosystem end-to-end. You will own Salesforce system development, support, process flows, reporting, and training to maximize platform adoption and revenue impact. You Will (Optional) Serve as the main Salesforce Administrator, responsible for configuration, maintenance, and ongoing development of Salesforce and integrated tools/connectors. Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects to ensure Salesforce supports revenue operations effectively. Oversee data integrity, perform audits, deduplicate records, and troubleshoot system issues or bugs Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and pipeline analytics that enable data-driven decision-making for sales, marketing, and leadership teams. Lead design and optimization of Salesforce-based sales and marketing processes, ensuring seamless handoffs and alignment across the revenue organization. Provide ongoing training, user support, and documentation for Salesforce users to maximize platform adoption and proficiency Collaborate cross-functionally to identify technology needs, recommend solutions, and drive automation initiatives within the Salesforce environment (using Flow, Process Builder, Apex basics). Own forecasting, territory/quota management workflows, and pipeline hygiene processes within Salesforce. Partner with third-party vendors and Salesforce support to resolve technical issues and implement upgrades. Drive continuous improvement by staying current on Salesforce best practices, certifications, and new platform features. Ideally You Would Have (Requirements) 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations with heavy Salesforce Administrator responsibilities at a B2B SaaS company Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, or Developer certifications preferred. Experience working with essential downstream stakeholders including Billing and Legal. Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, reporting, analytics, and workflow automation. Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience optimizing lead flow, pipeline reporting, and revenue processes in Salesforce Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
