Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage monthly rent collection process and follow up on tenant delinquencies Day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the property Supervise property, staff, and external vendors Daily communication with senior property management personnel and property owners. Oversee accounts payable and receivable. Responsible for a positive and prompt response to requests from residents Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the Preventative Maintenance checklist. Conduct unit inspections including but not limited to move-in and move-out. Develop and implement marketing ideas and strategies Heavily focus on leasing current vacancies and upcoming available units.
