Supplier Insights Lead Job Type: Part Time Locations: Remote Start Date: ASAP Position Summary Edmond’s Honor is more than a spirits brand — it's a celebration of culture, community, and legacy. As a Supplier Insights Lead, you’ll support Edmond’s Honor Commercial Director by leading insights/analysis of supplier data and overarching supplier data automation strategy. Synthesize information from internal and external data sources, to develop actionable insights and analysis. Own reporting dashboards and the methodology used to create metrics/reports in those dashboards. Support Commercial Director in creating summaries of relevant insights for internal and external parties (MBRs, QBRs, distributor meetings). Key Competencies & Responsibilities: Automate Report Generation: Build, maintain, and continually improve code to aggregate and standardize supplier data from multiple data sources. Use this data and code to generate dashboards, customer order reports, state-of-business reports, and other ad-hoc actionable insights. Dashboard Ownership: Own, maintain, and update the supplier dashboard to provide insights on KPIs such as depletions, shipments, re-order rates, rate of sale, commitment status and more. Data SME/Data Strategy: Build understanding of underlying data sources to become SME on all supplier data sources. Build capability to pull ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed from any of these data sources. Professional Experience/Qualifications Advanced in Excel and/or Google Sheets (including strong proficiency in pivots, lookups, and advanced formulas as well as Excel/Google Sheets data visualization) required. Experience in coding (Python or other) to clean, merge, and map datasets required. Experience in data mining/manipulation and proficiency in managing datasets required. Prior experience in a Business Intelligence or Analytics role preferred.
