Account Executive Job Type: FT, Contract-to-hire Location: Hybrid in Chicago, Remote in Atlanta, Houston, or NY Start Date: ASAP Role Overview Our client is seeking a driven and client-focused National Account Executive to join our growing team. The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in building relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer success across our event management and ticketing platform and advertising business. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering the opportunity for long-term growth and equity with the company. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with event organizers, cultural institutions, and brand partners. Manage and grow existing client relationships by delivering excellent service and support. Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value of the client’s platform. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to ensure client satisfaction and successful event execution. Meet and exceed sales targets, maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities. Negotiate contracts and proposals in alignment with company policies. Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and client insights using CRM tools. Service accounts with day to day communications with the support of the customer success team. Qualifications 2–4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (experience in events, SaaS, or ticketing industries a strong plus). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Highly motivated, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
