Company Description Prometheus Talent Partners is a specialized IT recruitment firm renowned for delivering high-impact technical talent. We provide tailored talent solutions that cater to the specific needs of businesses, whether for temporary, contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent roles. By aligning talent with project demands, growth stages, and strategic objectives, we enable our clients to maintain agility without compromising on quality. Our client has an immediate need for a remote Integration Program Manager. This is a 12 month Contract with Limited Travel (may be up to 15%) Role Details Department: IT / Enterprise Applications Reports to: IT Program Leadership / Integration Lead / ERP Program Director (TBD) Location: Remote Travel: May be up between 10-15% (expected periodic travel to key sites/partners) Overall Purpose of the Role We are seeking a hands-on Integration Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise integrations supporting SAP Phase 2.0. This role owns planning and execution across Salesforce, Shopify, and data management/movement capabilities (master data, transactional data, middleware/iPaaS, APIs, EDI where applicable). You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage SI/agency partners, enforce governance, and ensure integrations are delivered on time, within scope, and production-ready with strong operational stability. This role requires a strong PM who can run the program like a business: clear milestones, dependency discipline, transparent reporting, and proactive risk management—while also being integration-literate enough to challenge design decisions and prevent “paper” plans that fail in build/test/cutover. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Delivery • Own the integration workstream plan for SAP Phase 2.0, including scope, schedule, RAID, resourcing, budget tracking, and executive reporting. • Build and maintain an integrated program plan across: • SAP ↔ Salesforce (customer, pricing, orders, status, returns/service, etc.) • SAP ↔ Shopify (catalog, pricing, availability, orders, fulfillment, payments/returns/tax touchpoints as applicable). • Data management & transfer (master data governance, product/customer/pricing, migration/extracts, interfaces, file/API transfers). • Run all core ceremonies: workstream standups, integration design reviews, weekly status, RAID reviews, and executive readouts. • Drive dependency and critical path management across ERP, eCommerce, CRM, Data, Infrastructure/Security, and external vendors. Integration Governance & Quality • Establish/operate integration governance: design standards, documentation expectations, naming/versioning, and release controls. • Ensure every integration has: clear ownership, SLAs/NFRs, error handling/retry patterns, monitoring/alerting, and runbooks. • Partner with architecture and technical leads to enforce: • Interface catalog (source/target, data objects, frequency, triggers, transformations) • API and middleware standards (authentication, rate limits, performance, security) • Data quality rules and reconciliation approach. • Ensure testing is complete and realistic: • Integration testing, end-to-end business flows, negative testing, performance/volume sanity checks, and cutover rehearsal validation. Vendor & Stakeholder Management • Manage Systems Integrator(s), agencies, and platform partners to ensure accountability and deliverable quality. • Coordinate with business owners (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing/eComm, Finance, Supply Chain) to confirm requirements and sign-offs. • Drive clear decision-making: facilitate tradeoffs, document decisions, and escalate early when blockers emerge. Cutover, Hypercare & Operationalization • Own integration readiness for cutover: cutover runbook inputs, data freeze timing impacts, and interface sequencing. • Ensure smooth handoff to support: monitoring dashboards, alert routing, defect triage process, and hypercare cadence. • Track post-go-live stabilization: defect trends, integration uptime, order flow health, and root-cause prevention. Success Measures (Examples) • % integrations delivered to plan; milestone hit rate (Design/Build/Test/Cutover readiness) • Reduction in integration defects across SIT/UAT and in hypercare • Production stability: uptime, error rate, mean-time-to-detect/resolve (MTTD/MTTR) • Clear interface catalog and runbooks completed before go-live • Executive visibility: accurate status, risks surfaced early, minimal surprise escalations Required Qualifications • 7+ years in program/project management with at least 3+ years leading integration-heavy enterprise programs. • Demonstrated experience delivering integrations across combinations of ERP + CRM + eCommerce (SAP + Salesforce + Shopify is a strong plus). • Strong command of PM fundamentals: scope control, dependency management, RAID discipline, change control, and stakeholder governance. • Working knowledge of modern integration patterns: • APIs (REST), event/file-based integrations, middleware/iPaaS concepts, mapping/transformations, error handling, monitoring. • Experience leading vendors (SI + platform partners), including SOW deliverables and acceptance management. • Excellent communication: can translate technical status into executive-ready reporting. Preferred Qualifications • SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud or Private Cloud) program exposure • Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) integration delivery experience • Shopify (Plus) integration delivery experience (OMS/WMS/3PL touchpoints a plus) • Familiarity with iPaaS/tools (e.g., SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, etc.) • Data governance/master data experience (Customer/Product/Pricing), PIM/PLM integration exposure • Experience in PE-backed, multi-brand or post-merger integration environments Core Skills & Behaviors • “Driver” mentality: pushes clarity, deadlines, accountability; doesn’t wait for perfect information. • Structured + pragmatic: tight plans and governance without slowing delivery. • Integration-literate: can challenge vague requirements and ensure build/test is real. • Calm under pressure: handles escalations and exec scrutiny without drama. • Obsessed with cutover + operational readiness: monitoring/runbooks aren’t an afterthought. Working relationships • Internal: ERP program team, enterprise architecture, data team, eCommerce team, CRM team, infrastructure/security, business process owners. • External: systems integrator(s), Shopify agency, Salesforce partners, middleware providers, 3PL/WMS partners (if in scope).
