We’re seeking a reliable, long-term Soldering Technician to join the PCB assembly team. The ideal candidate will have experience soldering Surface Mount and Through-Hole components and be familiar with industry standards for high-reliability electronics. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and ready to grow within a stable company. Soldering Technician- PCB Assembler Location: Moorestown, NJ Schedule: Monday to Thursday- Four 10 hour days OT as needed will be on Friday mornings Pay Rate: Class 2: $15.49-$20/hr Class 3: $20-25/hr Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Key Responsibilities: • Perform soldering of Surface Mount (SMT) and Through-Hole components on printed circuit boards • Work under a microscope for detailed soldering tasks • Follow all process documentation, including Bills of Material (BOMs) and assembly drawings • Ensure workmanship meets IPC-A-610 Class 3 and J-STD-001 standards Requirements: • Experience with IPC-A-610 (Class 3) and J-STD-001 criteria • IPC / J-STD certification preferred • Strong attention to detail and steady hand soldering skills • Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings For more information, please give us a call 856-685-7706.
