As an Operations and Dispatch Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods and resources while supporting our commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and schedule dispatch operations for freight, deliveries, and transportation activities • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays or issues • Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, customers, and vendors regarding schedules and delivery updates • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, shipping documentation, and operational logs • Assist in route planning and optimization to maximize efficiency and reduce costs • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the delivery process • Support inventory management and warehouse coordination as needed • Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software to track operations • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement best practices • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions • Eligibility to work in the United States Preferred: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field • Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or warehouse operations • Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) or warehouse management systems (WMS) • Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance standards
