Full Description

We are seeking experienced Web Developers (Level 2) to join a high-impact IT team focused on enterprise web applications. The ideal candidates will have strong full-stack development skills, particularly in Java and front-end technologies, and be comfortable working in a collaborative, remote environment. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain web applications using Java, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and REST APIs. • Participate in all phases of the SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. • Migrate web content and environments to modern platforms (e.g., RHEL 8). • Ensure accessibility, usability, and security compliance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including web admins, Unix admins, and QA. • Document processes and create test cases for new and modified features. • Troubleshoot and resolve software, data, and system issues. Required Skills & Experience: • 4–7 years of experience in: • Java (OpenJDK 1.8+), Spring Batch, JSP • Web development and content migration • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) • PHP, LAMP stack, DB2 • Web security best practices (OWASP, secure coding) • GitHub, Apache, WebLogic • SQL, Oracle, XML, PERL scripting Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour Experience: • RHEL: 8 years (Required) • PHP: 8 years (Required) • DB2: 8 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
