PROLIM (www.prolim.com) is currently seeking License System Administration for one of our top client for Remote role. Due to client and regulatory requirements associated with this role, U.S. citizenship is mandatory; candidates who are not U.S. citizens should not apply. Position Summary Seeking a hands-on License System Administrator to install, configure, and maintain enterprise license server infrastructure (FlexLM/FlexNet, Sentinel, Reprise, etc.). This role is focused on technical license server administration and system engineering — not SAM/ITAM governance. Key Responsibilities • Install and maintain license servers (FlexLM/FlexNet, LMTools, Sentinel, etc.) • Configure vendor daemons, license files, and port settings • Manage server uptime, patching, backups, and monitoring • Troubleshoot license checkout and connectivity issues • Support server migrations, upgrades, and rollouts • Maintain technical documentation Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 8+ years of system administration experience (Windows/Linux) • Hands-on experience with FlexLM or similar license managers • Strong networking knowledge (ports, firewalls, DNS) • Scripting experience (PowerShell/Bash) preferred Note: This position is infrastructure-focused and does not include SAM/ITAM compliance or license governance responsibilities.
