Job Title: Information Technology Project Manager Location: 55311, Maple Grove, Minnesota, United States Duration: 12 Months Job Description: • Looking for a IT Project Manager • Must Haves: IT Software project management in a waterfall setting - need to be a leader, proactive Software delivery projects - must be computer IT related, building new computer systems. • Not looking for scum master experience. • Tactical day to day position for someone with 10 to 15 years’ experience as IT Project Manager. • This is a mid-level to position so anyone who is a Sr. IT Project Manager, Director, or Program Manager are overqualified. • Software technical ability beyond typical project manager – able to understand MS Azure, IT networking, security, processes, procedures, and evaluate technical requests - does not need coding experience or the highly technical parts of the programming but needs to understand how to put the pieces together and take the next steps to keep the project moving forward. • Strong speaking/writing/soft/interpersonal skills. • Position is customer facing, must be able to communicate clearly, effectively and properly to clients. • Must be highly Organised. • Must be able to professionally handle conflict and identify resolutions acceptable to all parties.
