Position Summary: We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive new Oracle Fusion multi-pillar implementations and cloud transformation projects. This role combines direct selling with channel collaboration through Oracle’s sales channel team, helping customers build strategic roadmaps to migrate from on-premises solutions to the cloud, embrace Fusion applications, and leverage AI through OCI. Key Responsibilities: • Build and manage executive-level client relationships, positioning the full breadth of ITG’s award-winning Oracle services. • Partner with Oracle’s sales channel team and ITG marketing to design client-focused strategies, expand pipeline, and accelerate deal velocity. • Engage with C-level executives to articulate the business value of Fusion, OCI, and AI, connecting Oracle solutions to measurable business outcomes. • Lead and negotiate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract close. • Drive strategic account growth by helping Oracle and ITG jointly build roadmaps for our hundreds of existing JDE and EBS customers, while developing net new logos. • Shape and execute go-to-market initiatives that highlight ITG’s global scale, evolving capabilities, and integrated Oracle Cloud offerings. • Maintain deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, OCI, and ITG’s portfolio, effectively communicating value to clients and stakeholders. • Represent ITG at Oracle user groups, industry events, and executive forums worldwide to expand brand visibility and business development opportunities. Qualifications: • 7–10 plus years of consultative sales, client executive, or business development experience in IT consulting or enterprise software services. • Proven success selling Oracle Fusion Cloud services, multi-pillar implementations, or complex enterprise transformations. • Strong experience building and managing C-level relationships and driving revenue growth. • Demonstrated ability to navigate and negotiate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. • Knowledge of Oracle’s ecosystem and experience engaging with Oracle sales teams. • Global mindset with ability to operate across diverse industries and geographies. • Collaborative, growth-focused, and skilled at working within both client and partner ecosystems.
