Project Consulting Group is actively hiring Sr. Business Analysts to liaise between Business and IT to deliver business driven/IT enabled solutions allowing clients to meet their customers’ requirements. We are looking for “High Competence | High Character | Low Ego” leaders who are experienced, knowledgeable, passionate about their field, and eager to deliver value to our clients. Our ideal candidate: • 7+ years of experience analyzing enterprise-wide business processes and or systems • Ability to translate information and research into non-technical language as necessary to effectively communicate across teams • Able to manage priorities, attention to detail, and ability to handle ambitious situations Primary Responsibilities: • Interact with Project Sponsors, Owners, Project Team Members, Vendors, and Subject Matter Experts to understand the business problem that needs to be solved • Lead communication across various IT and business teams while coordinating analysis efforts • Perform stakeholder analysis, document business requirements; create traceability of business requirements to technical requirements, evaluate results • Collaborate with the project/program manager serving as the liaison between the project team and the IT team • Write UAT documentation deliverables (UAT Test Plan, UAT Test Results, and UAT Defect Log). Drive UAT execution and resolution of identified defects • Support Project Manager by tracking project progress, identifying risks, and communicating status to the business(es) and organizational leadership Required Experience: • 4+ years of experience in end-to-end analysis including: requirement gathering, documentation, process modelling, current/future state analysis, implementation, and UAT test planning and execution • Superior leadership skills • Ability to drive project teams and stakeholders towards defined goals • Experience facilitating collaboration, understanding of business requirements, relationship building, and driving standard enterprise-wide business processes • CBAP Certification is a plus Company DescriptionProject Consulting Group is Minnesota’s leading provider of Management Consulting Services.
