JOB TITLE: Community Outreach Coordinator SUMMARY: The Community Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with community partners, organizations, and individuals to enhance the visibility and reputation of Progressive Spine & Orthopedics. This position requires a dynamic and motivated individual with excellent communication and networking skills, as well as passion for community engagement. • ** Must have strong communication skills/ sales background**** Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 salary+ monthly performance bonus opportunities DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with local community and increase awareness of Progressive Spine & Orthopedics’ services as well as all it’s entities’ services. • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to plan and execute community events, health fairs, and educational seminars. • Cultivate relationships with community leaders, healthcare providers, and organizations to promote collaboration and referrals. • Create and distribute promotional materials, newsletters, and social media content to highlight community involvement and initiatives. • Coordinate volunteer opportunities and community service projects to support local initiatives and build relationships. • Track and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts, including attendance at events and community engagement metrics. • Stay informed about community health needs, trends, and opportunities for partnership or sponsorship. • Represent Progressive Spine & Orthopedics at community meetings, events, and conferences to promote the organization’s mission and services. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of community outreach efforts with organizational goals and objectives. • Performs other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the organization’s community outreach efforts. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or related field. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and community resources is a plus. • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel to community events and meetings. • Professional appearance and demeanor are required at all times. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Manual dexterity is needed for using a calculator and computer keyboard. Also, occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
