As a product analyst on the Personal Lines Property team, you'll conduct research and analysis that supports the profitability and growth of our property product in a variety of states. You'll work on all aspects of the product that drive our results. Additionally, you'll assess monthly performance, identify segmentation opportunities, explore underlying drivers of trends, support product revisions and updates, and share findings with business partners. Additional details • Remote work allowed Must-have qualifications • A minimum of four years of analytical work experience. • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience Preferred skills • Prior Property or Auto product experience. • Technical aptitude and experience in data manipulation and coding using tools such as SQL, SAS, R, and Python. • High degree of intellectual curiosity. • Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to draw conclusions and recommend solutions, while being able to explain complex analytical concepts to a non-technical audience. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including the ability to create, manipulate, and formulate spreadsheets - including v-look-up, pivot tables, charts, and graphing. Compensation • $67,300−$108,500/year depending on position level and experience • Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 24% - 30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings, based on company performance.
