As an IT business systems analyst senior or lead within our RTB Portfolio Delivery organization, you'll support enterprise-wide upgrades and migrations, including Windows Server and SQL Server, while ensuring requirements are clearly defined and delivered across business domains. In this role, you’ll partner with application and domain owners to implement upgrades and infrastructure changes that enable employees to work more effectively. Additionally, you’ll facilitate Agile ceremonies, gather and validate requirements, and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery. This is a remote position. Must-have qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS) and a minimum of four years of related work experience designing, programming, testing, and supporting software programs and applications • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience designing, programming, testing, and supporting software programs or applications may be accepted Preferred skills • Proficiency in UI testing frameworks such as Playwright or similar tools • Experience with API testing using Postman or comparable platforms • Strong understanding of AWS (e.g., Cognito, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway) and testing cloud-integrated applications • Strong communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally across teams Compensation • $87,200 – $115,000/year depending on position level • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance Benefits • 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar company match up to 6% • Medical, dental & vision, including free preventative care • Wellness & mental health programs • Health care flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, & life insurance • Paid time off, including volunteer time off • Paid & unpaid sick leave where applicable, as well as short & long-term disability • Parental & family leave; military leave & pay • Diverse, inclusive & welcoming culture with Employee Resource Groups • Career development & tuition assistance Energage recognizes Progressive as a 2025 Top Workplace for: Innovation, Purposes & Values, Work-Life Flexibility, Compensation & Benefits, and Leadership.
