Job Title: Engineer - ServiceNow Quality Assurance Engineer & Tester Company Overview: Progression Inc is a leading technology solutions provider specializing in innovative software development and quality assurance services. Role Overview: As a ServiceNow Quality Assurance Engineer & Tester at Progression Inc, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our ServiceNow applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies that meet business requirements and maintain high standards. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for ServiceNow applications. - You will identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools. - You will collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. - You will perform functional, regression, and performance testing to validate application quality. - You will contribute to continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and automation opportunities. - You will maintain test documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. - You will ensure compliance with Public Trust security requirements throughout the testing lifecycle. What You Bring: - You have at least 6 years of experience in quality assurance and testing. - You have a minimum of 4 years of experience working with Low-Code platforms, specifically ServiceNow. - You possess strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. - You have experience with defect tracking and test management tools. - You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - You hold or are eligible for a Public Trust clearance. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules. - Certifications related to ServiceNow or Quality Assurance.
