Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at Progression Inc, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences and scalable solutions. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - You will build robust back-end services and APIs to support application functionality. - You will collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance. - You will participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them when appropriate. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. What You Bring: - You have at least 4 years of experience in front-end development. - You have at least 4 years of experience in back-end development. - You are proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - You have experience with modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue). - You have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. - Experience with database design and management (SQL or NoSQL).
