We are looking for a reliable and motivated Stock Boy/Customer Service to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Job Description: You will be responsible for ensuring our inventory is well-stocked, organized, and easily accessible. Additionally, you will assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your attention to detail and friendly customer service will be essential in maintaining a welcoming store environment. Responsibilities: • Stock and organize inventory on shelves, ensuring products are labeled and displayed correctly • Assist with receiving and unpacking shipments • Keep track of stock levels and notify management of low inventory • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries • Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts • Handle returns and exchanges as needed • Maintain a clean and orderly store environment • Assist with store closing duties Requirements: • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is preffered • Friendly and professional demeanor • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds • Basic math and cash-handling skills • Must be reliable and punctual • Ability to work well in a team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Benefits: • Employee discount Application Question(s): • Are you Bilingual?
