We need someone who isn't afraid to speak up, connect with customers, and make things happen. Earn competitive commissions + hourly while using your voice to drive sales! Mission: To ensure an exceptional customer experience while driving store growth through increased sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Sales: Take proactive steps to engage customers, generate leads, and drive sales. Encourage add-on sales and highlight promotions to increase store revenue. • Customer Engagement & Needs Assessment: Greet and engage customers to understand their specific needs, providing personalized product recommendations based on your product knowledge. • Product Expertise & Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, new releases, and industry trends. Be prepared to explain product benefits, usage, and tips to customers with confidence. • Merchandising Products: Maintain organized, visually appealing product displays that meet our brand standards. Restock and arrange products in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the store looks inviting. • Team Collaboration & Atmosphere: Work closely with team members to foster a positive and energetic store environment that motivates success and promotes customer satisfaction. • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service with a focus on building long-term customer relationships. Handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care. • Adaptability: Quickly adjust to changing store conditions, prioritize tasks effectively, and provide support wherever needed. • Administrative Support: Assist the store manager with various basic tasks. Qualifications: • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail in merchandising • Sales-Oriented: Motivated to drive sales, meet goals, and contribute to store growth. • People Skills: Outgoing, approachable, and confident when interacting with customers. Must be comfortable engaging with a wide range of customers. • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with nail and beauty products is an advantage, but we are happy to train the right candidate. • Team Player: Ability to collaborate and create a fun, energetic atmosphere in the store. • Adaptable & Multi-Tasker: Able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
