ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry. We are looking for a VP of Product and Brand Marketing to join our growing team! ProfitSolv is looking for a dynamic and experienced VP of Product & Brand Marketing to oversee our Legal and Accounting solutions. This dynamic Marketing leader will drive our product marketing strategy and execution for our businesses, serving as a critical bridge between our product development and sales teams. This Marketing leader will re-shape how we position our products in the legal and accounting markets, and build compelling narratives that resonate with our ICPs, leading us through the consolidation of our brands over time. This role requires a strategic approach to marketing, a data-driven and test-and-optimize mentality, and a growth-oriented mindset, to deliver on our marketing goals and objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with the channel marketing and creative teams to align the brand marketing strategies and ensure our product positioning is successfully executed. This individual will be accountable to marketing KPIs and will be responsible for driving the performance of the brands to deliver leads, trials, demos and new logos that will result in increased revenue, as well as cross sell initiatives to expand revenue from our existing customer base. The VP of Product & Brand Marketing must be a data driven, strategic thinker with a good balance of strategic leadership and hands-on mentorship, capable of balancing high-level strategy with day-to-day tactical execution. As a VP of Product and Brand Marketing, you will: • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop marketing positioning strategies and messaging frameworks that effectively communicate our value proposition to our ICPs: create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the company's goals and objectives; define target markets, key messaging, and positioning strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. • Go-to-Market Leadership: Orchestrate successful product launches with the development of go-to-market strategies that drive adoption. Develop strategic Account Based Marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver quality leads for our SMB, Mid Market and Enterprise business units. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies and programs. Implement lead nurturing tactics to convert leads into customers. Monitor and analyze lead conversion rates and identify areas for improvement. • Competitive Intelligence: Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence efforts to identify opportunities and threats. Use competitive market insights to help define a differentiated positioning in the Legal Tech and Accounting Tech markets. • Brand development and positioning: Work with the creative team to develop and evolve our brand identities that resonate with our ICPs. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. • Campaign Management: Provide support and guidance to campaign management and execution; identify opportunities to streamline campaign processes. • Marketing KPI Ownership: Own and internalize Marketing KPI targets including MQL, SQL, conversion rates and others. Collaboratively set targets with leadership, develop high level strategies to achieve KPI goals, and socialize results to keep cross functional teams accountable. • Team Management: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product marketing team. • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with product roadmap, sales goals, and customer retention initiatives. Foster strong relationships and effective communication across departments. • Other duties as assigned. This position follows established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure. A great fit for this position has: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. • 10+ years of product marketing experience with at least 5 years leadership, with a focus on SaaS marketing. LegalTech industry experience a plus. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices. • Strategic thinker with ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling customer benefits. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Creative problem solver with a growth – oriented mindset • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines. • Work effectively in fast-paced environment Additional Desired Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent time management skills • Strong initiative and sound decision making ability • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. • Ability to travel as needed.
