Event Planning Coordinator (Pharma) Full time | Temp-to-Hire Hybrid | East Rutherford, NJ area (Mondays and Fridays are presently full remote) Monday - Friday | 8:30am to 5:00pm (plus overtime) Job description Currently hiring an experienced Corporate Event Planning Coordinator on a temporary to permanent basis. Will be ensuring that commitments are met on-schedule and within budget for the various events including webinars, seminars and conferences. • Maintaining consistent communication with sales representatives and internal employees throughout the meeting planning process • Coordinating onsite and virtual meetings • Handle daily phone and email support up to and including communication with sales representatives and faculty • Runing various reports • Setting up virtual credit cards for dinner meetings • Communication with Clients and Faculty • Ability to handle a high call and program volume • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Be available to work flexible schedules and/or extended hours to meet clients’ business needs • Seeking 5 years’ experience in field or related area Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Application Question(s): • Can you reliably commute to the Rutherford, NJ area Tuesday through Thursday?
