Role Overview: As a Financial Analyst II - Partnerships, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s growth strategy by analyzing financial data related to partnerships and business development. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will provide insights that drive decision-making and help optimize partnership performance. What You'll Do: - You will analyze financial data and partnership performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities. - You will assist in the development of financial models to support partnership negotiations and growth strategies. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, finance, and operations to gather and validate data. - You will prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership to inform strategic decisions. - You will monitor key financial indicators and provide recommendations to improve partnership profitability. - You will support the budgeting and forecasting processes related to partnership activities. - You will help ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures in partnership agreements. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team. What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within healthcare or partnerships. - Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel and financial software. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly outpatient services. - Familiarity with partnership agreements and contract analysis. - Advanced skills in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. - CPA or CFA certification.
