Overview We are hiring an experienced Legal Recruiter who knows how to find and close top attorney talent. This is a commission only role, no base, no benefits, fully remote, and built for someone who wants freedom, control, and real earning power. You will not be on an island. We give you active job orders, tools, support, and a steady pipeline. If you want flexibility, high upside, and a desk you can grow without limits, this is it. What You’ll Do • Recruit attorneys and legal professionals for law firms and in house roles nationwide. • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, outbound outreach, and referrals. • Run intake calls and qualify candidates based on practice area, bar admissions, compensation, and experience. • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including submissions, interview coordination, and offer support. • Build lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. • Keep your pipeline clean and maintain detailed notes in the ATS. • Work independently with full operational and sourcing support.
