Key Responsibilities: • Operational Leadership • Enforce corporate processes, policies, and workflows across field and office operations. • Organize and coordinate day-to-day operations for maximum productivity. • Monitor performance metrics and implement real-time corrective action. • Team Management • Lead and supervise operations, project management, and administrative staff. • Hold team members accountable to performance standards. • Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development. • Project & Service Delivery • Oversee job scheduling, workload distribution, and service execution. • Ensure projects and service calls are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. • Assist in quote generation and provide updates to clients. • Business Management • Manage financial performance through cost control and productivity tracking. • Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting and resource planning. • Conduct quality assessments and support internal system use and reporting. • Vendor Relations • Manage vendor partnerships and ensure compliance with expectations. • Escalate and resolve vendor issues efficiently. • Technical Oversight • Apply knowledge of intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, networking, and IP systems. • Experience with platforms like Axis, Milestone, Genetec, Hanwa, BOSCH, and Exacq Vision preferred. Qualifications: • 8+ years of operations or project leadership experience required, preferably in commercial construction or low-voltage systems. • High School Diploma or GED required. • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and performance management skills. • Proficient in basic computer software and smartphone tools. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • RCDD certification preferred, but not required. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
