Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) - 100% Remote Company Overview: Prodware Solutions is a leading consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative technology and customer service solutions to clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) working with one of our key insurance clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support. This 6-month contract position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to contribute effectively from anywhere. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries related to insurance policies and claims. - You will provide clear and accurate information to customers, resolving issues efficiently. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards while managing customer data. - You will manage your schedule effectively to cover assigned shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM EST or 10 AM to 7 PM EST. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer service processes. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. - You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and customer management systems. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with insurance products and terminology. - Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems. - Previous experience in a consulting or contract role. - Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency.
