Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) - 100% Remote Company Overview: Prodware Solutions is a leading consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative technology and customer service solutions to clients across various industries. Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team on a 6-month contract basis, supporting an insurance client. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who excels in communication and problem-solving, providing exceptional service to customers while working within a dynamic team. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries related to insurance policies and services. - You will provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. - You will manage multiple customer requests while maintaining professionalism. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards. - You will participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. - Availability to work shifts from 8-5 EST or 10-7 EST. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with insurance products and terminology. - Previous remote work experience. - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in insurance. - Bilingual skills are a plus.
