Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) - 100% Remote Company Overview: Prodware Solutions is a leading consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative technology and business solutions to clients across various industries. Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team on a 6-month contract basis supporting an insurance client. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who excels in communication and problem-solving, providing exceptional service to customers while working within a dynamic consulting environment. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries related to insurance policies and services with professionalism and accuracy. - You will resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining client satisfaction. - You will document customer interactions and update records in the company’s CRM system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards throughout all customer interactions. - You will manage your schedule effectively to cover shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM EST or 10 AM to 7 PM EST. - You will participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time efficiently. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a consulting or contract-based environment. - Knowledge of insurance products and terminology. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills. - Familiarity with W2 employment and remote work best practices.
